LATEST;You cannot stop Muslims from entering America, Court tells Trump as he suffers humiliating defeat again -

President Donald Trump has suffered another humiliating defeat again as a U.S. federal judge in Hawaii on Wednesday issued an emergency halt to the order's implementation of his revised travel ban which was expected to take effect hours later.

The judge who blocked Donald Trump's revised executive order barring travel from six predominantly Muslim nations has said it "targets Islam"
Consequently, the court verdict was the latest legal blow to Trump’s efforts to temporarily ban refugees as well as travelers from six predominantly Muslim countries, which the he said is needed for national security

The president signed the new ban on March 6 in a bid to overcome legal problems with a January executive order that caused chaos at airports and sparked mass protests before a Washington judge stopped its enforcement in February.

According to Reuters, U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson put an emergency stop to the new order in response to a lawsuit filed by the state of Hawaii, which argued that the order discriminated against Muslims in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

The judge wrote: “A reasonable, objective observer... would conclude that the Executive Order was issued with a purpose to disfavour a particular religion, in spite of its stated, religiously-neutral purpose."

He added: “It is undisputed, using the primary source upon which the Government itself relies, that these six countries have overwhelmingly Muslim populations that range from 90.7 percent to 99.8 percent."

"It would therefore be no paradigmatic leap to conclude that targeting these countries likewise targets Islam. Certainly, it would be inappropriate to conclude, as the Government does, that it does not."

Trump who denied the orders are a "Muslim ban" says his plans was an “extreme vetting.”

“It’s not the Muslim ban," he told ABC News. "But it’s countries that have tremendous terror… countries that people are going to come in and cause us tremendous problems.”

However, the Trump administration has also said the ban is not religiously motivated because the six countries only represent a small fraction – around nine per cent – of the world’s Muslim population.

Meanwhile, Trump called the judge's block "unprecedented judicial overreach" and said he will take the case "as far as it needs to go," including to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, in the video below, Nigerians have continued to react to the return of President Muhammadu Buhari after 51 days of absence.

WORLD HISTOY (human Creation)

MAN, THE HUNTER

About 2 mya, much taller hominid called
Homo ergater appeared. Ergaster were the
first creatures to have bodies much like
ours, with long legs and straight backs.
Adult ergasters were 1.6 meter tall, weighed
65kg and had brains of 850 cc, well over
half as big as ours.
Egasters did not just scavenge for meat like
Homo hibilis. They went hunting for
large animals.
For hunting effectively, ergaster had to
work together, so co-operation was the key
to their success - and may have quickly led
to the development of speech.
Ergaster may have painted their bodies with
red ochre (a mineral found in the ground).
Shortly after Homo ergaster came Homo
erectus ('Upright Man').
Remains of Homo erectus are found as far
from Africa as Java. Stone tools 700,000
years old were found on the Indonesian
island of Flores and suggest they may have
traveled by boat.
Homo erectus learned to light fires, so they
could live in colder places, and make a
wider range of food, edible by cooking.

Human Creation

ORIGINS OF MANKIND

Human and apes have so many similarities -
such as long arms and finger and big brain -
that most experts think they must have
evolved from the same creature.
Our common ancestor may be four-legged
orang-utan-like creature called
dryopithecines that lived in tress from 22
to 10 million years ago, like "procusul"
from East Africa.
The break came when 'hominids' (human-
like apes) began to live on the ground and
walk on two legs.
Footprints of three bipedal (two-legged)
creatures from 4 million year ago were
found preserved in ash at Laetoli,
Tanzania.
The Oldest hominid is called Ardipithecus
ramidus, known from 4.4-million-years-old
bone fragments found in Aramis, Ethiopia.
Many very early hominids are australopits
('southern apes'); for example,
Australopithecus anamensis from 4.2 million
 years ago.
Australopith were one meter tall and their
brain was about the same size as an ape's,
but they were bipedal.
The best known australopith is "Lucy",
a skeleton of Australopithecus afarensis of
3 million years ago, found in Kenya in 1974.
Lucy's discoverers- Don Johanson and
Maurice Tieb- called her Lucy because they
were listening to the The Beatles's song
Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds' at the time.
Many early hominid remains are just skulls.
Lucy was an almost complete skeleton. She
showed that hominids learned to walk
upright before their brains got bigger.
